Grant Writing Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: December 1, 2024

Thank you for choosing Amplified Impact for your grant writing needs. We are dedicated to supporting nonprofits through expert grant writing services. This page outlines the terms and conditions that apply to our grant writing engagements. By proceeding with our services, you agree to these terms, which ensure transparency, protect your information, and clarify expectations for a smooth and professional experience.

Service Scope

At Amplified Impact, our goal is to provide high-quality, tailored support to maximize your chances of securing funding. Our grant writing services include the following:

  • Grant Fitness Assessment: Reviewing the selected grant opportunity to ensure alignment with your organization’s mission, goals, and eligibility.

  • Planning Session: A 30-60 minute virtual planning session for the grant opportunity.

  • Full Proposal Writing: Developing a comprehensive, professionally crafted grant proposal that adheres to the funder’s guidelines and requirements.

  • Document Coordination: Assisting in the collection and organization of required documents to ensure your application is complete and meets funder expectations.

  • Submission Support (If Applicable): Submitting the finalized proposal to the funder on your behalf or guiding you through the submission process to ensure accuracy.

  • Revisions Based on Feedback: Addressing feedback from the client or funder to refine the proposal, provided the feedback aligns with the original instructions. Revisions do not cover changes to grant requirements or alterations to the agreed-upon scope.

While Amplified Impact strives to deliver high-quality grant proposals tailored to funder requirements, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as funding approval, as decisions are made solely by the funder.

This on-demand service is tailored to a single grant opportunity and does not include grant prospecting, ongoing grant management, or post-award reporting. These services can be available as part add-ons within a partnership package, which provides comprehensive grant support.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment for this service is required at least one (1) hour before the scheduled planning session to confirm your purchase.

  • All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the service is canceled by Amplified Impact.

  • Payments are accepted via Stripe. Payment instructions will be provided during the invoicing process.

  • If you need to reschedule, your payment will be credited toward a future session, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Once the planning session ends, the grant opportunity discussed during the session is considered locked. No refunds or further opportunity switches will be provided after this point.

  • Switching Grant Opportunities:

    • Prior to your planning session (up to at least one (1) hour before), you may switch the grant opportunity you wish to apply for by notifying us in writing via email. Any payments made for the previous opportunity will be applied toward the new opportunity.

    • If, either before or during the planning session, Amplified Impact does not recommend applying for the selected grant opportunity, you will have the option to switch to a different grant opportunity. In such cases, we will provide one (1) courtesy reschedule of the planning session (if necessary), and any payments made for the initial opportunity will be applied toward the new opportunity.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule your planning session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

    • Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule per planning session. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $25 fee or require a new booking.

    • If your grant opportunity changes prior to your planning session, you may switch to a different opportunity (see Payment Terms for details), and a complimentary reschedule may be offered if necessary.

  • Cancellations:

    • If you cancel your planning session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, all fees are non-refundable.

    • If Amplified Impact advises against pursuing the original grant opportunity, you may switch to a different opportunity and reschedule (see Payment Terms for details).

  • No-Show Policy:

    • If you fail to attend your scheduled planning session without prior notice, all fees will be forfeited, and the session cannot be rescheduled.

  • Exceptional Circumstances:

    • Exceptions to this policy may be made at Amplified Impact’s discretion in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Amplified Impact-Initiated Changes:

    • If Amplified Impact needs to reschedule or cancel your planning session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund.
