How our pricing works

  • We use transparent base rates instead of hourly fees, so you know the cost upfront and we can focus on results—not time tracking. Rates may adjust for added complexity (see details in Services), and we offer discounts and flexible payment options to keep services accessible.   • At Amplified Impact, we believe in transparent and flexible pricing tailored to your specific needs. During the quoting process, we establish clear costs upfront, ensuring you know what to expect.

    On-Demand Rates:

    • Consultations: Starting at $250/session

    • Grant Writing: Starting at $500/grant

    • Projects: Starting at $3,500/project

    Mission Partnership Packages:

    • Starting at $6,000/quarter

    Rates may adjust based on the complexity of your organization or project. Conversely, we offer discounts based on your organization’s budget and long-term commitments, ensuring that our services remain accessible and aligned with your mission.

    • On-Demand Consultations & Grant Writing: No deposit required. Full payment is due before your session.

    • Projects & Packages: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required after your free consultation to confirm your commitment. This is applied to your initial deposit if you proceed.

      • The commitment deposit only applies to initial engagement, in most cases.

    • Payment Structure:

      • For projects: 25% upfront, with the balance payable in installments based on engagement length.

      • For partnership packages: 25% of the first quarter fee upfront, with installment options available. Discounts apply for 12-month commitments.

Our base partnership package includes the essential core strategic services you need to build a strong foundation. From there, you can customize your package by adding services when and if needed. This approach ensures you’re only paying for what’s relevant to your organization’s current goals, helping you stay focused, cost-effective, and flexible as your needs evolve.

How do I begin

  • The first step in collaborating with Amplified Impact is scheduling a free 30-minute Discovery call. During this call, we’ll focus on hearing about your mission, understanding your biggest challenges, and identifying your immediate needs. This conversation helps us determine whether there is alignment to move forward with scoping for an on-demand need or a partnership package. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

  • If you decide to move forward with Amplified Impact, here’s what you can expect:

    1. Discovery Call: We’ll have an initial conversation to discuss your mission, challenges, and needs.

    2. $200 Deposit, Scoping, and Quoting: A non-refundable deposit secures your commitment, and we’ll work together to scope out the project and provide a detailed quote.

    3. Service Selection, Contracting, and Initial Deposit: Once you choose the services that best fit your needs, we’ll finalize the contract, and an initial deposit will be required to begin (the $200 commitment deposit will be applied toward your initial deposit if you move forward).

Packages include a combination of consultations, grant writing, budget reviews, project work, and potentially additional data, process or technology support, depending on the selected package.       Service: Pre-session proposal review, a 60–90 minute session for refining language and alignment, and a post-session recap with recommendations.

      Cost: $250 for one session.

    Example 2: More Complex Scope - Funding Communication Strategy Development

    • Need: A nonprofit wants to refine and strengthen its existing funding plan. Likely needs 2-3 sessions.

    • Service: Multiple sessions include:

      1. Review of the funding plan before each session.

    • Cost: $500 - $750 for multiple session ($250/session).

      • Additional Requests: One extra small scope project, with an upcharge for organizational size.

      • Level 2 (Organization Level): Five employees impact project resources.

    • Cost:

      • Base Price: $6,000 per quarter.

      • Additional Project (Partner Rate): $2,500.

      • Upcharge (25% for Organization Size): $2,125.

      • Total: $10,625 per quarter ($3,542/month instead of $2,000/month with only one project included).
